6.75 hours per day up to 33.75 hours per week

Position Summary

Primary responsibilities of the Summer Office Clerk Student position include but are not limited to: Reception, filing, data input, assisting office personnel, running errands, typing correspondence, file organization, specific projects when available. This position supports the Agency in an administrative and frontline capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful incumbents to build and enhance strategic thought, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skill sets.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Proven organizational and administrative skills.

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a great team player.

  • Must be able to work in a team setting and independently.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Be 15 to 30 years of age

  • Be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident and legally entitled to work according the Legislation and Canadian regulations

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Class G Ontario Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle and minimum of $1000 000.00 Liability

  • Clear criminal reference check, Clear Vulnerable Sector check, Clear Internal Records Check and a Clear Driver’s Abstract.


Salary: $16.00/hour
